1.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
The User/Member hereby takes note and accepts that Natrajan may at any time change, vary or modify these "Terms & Conditions" without any prior notice.

2.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Natrajan is providing the Users/Members Railway info, Forex rates and more. There is no charge to the User/Member for these Services.

3.USE OF SERVICES
The Services may contain e-mail services,forums and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (each a "Communication Service" and collectively "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service.

Natrajan has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Natrajan reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in his sole discretion. Natrajan reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Natrajan reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Natrajan deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Natrajan's sole discretion.

Materials uploaded to the Communication Services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination; you are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

4.MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
In consideration for this Service, you agree to provide certain information about yourself as prompted to do so by the Service, and update the information as necessary to keep it current, complete and accurate.If any information provided by you is inaccurate, Natrajan retains the right to terminate your membership and all associated rights to the Service.

5.MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Natrajan may change the Terms and Conditions of service from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this document periodically for any changes or modifications as there will be no individual notices to Users/Members regarding such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative acknowledgment by you of the Terms and Conditions and any subsequent modifications made to them and your agreement to abide and be bound by them.

6.MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Natrajan reserves the right to amend, modify, change, or discontinue temporarily or permanently any service at his sole discretion without any notice to the User/Member. The User/Member also agrees that Natrajan shall not be liable to the User/Member, or any third party, for any modification, or discontinuation of any service in what so any form.

7.MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Natrajan immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Natrajan will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Natrajan or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

10.MAINTENANCE

Your right to use the Service is personal to you. Therefore, a User/Member may only be an individual, not a corporation or other business entity. You may not resell or make any commercial use of the Service, without the express written permission of Natrajan.

12.TERMINATION/CANCELLATION
Natrajan may terminate the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Natrajan shall not be liable to you for termination of Service.

13.NOTICE
Except as otherwise indicated herein, all notices from you to Natrajan shall be in writing and shall be made via e-mail.
